Nippy Cottage Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. country-style, small curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. yogurt
2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. lemon peel
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Press cottage cheese through fine wire sieve.
Combine with yogurt and other ingredients.
Let stand for an hour or so for flavors to blend.
Serve in a chilled bowl surrounded by crisp, raw vegetables, cooked whole shrimp or Melba toast.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
