Reeces Peanut Butter Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box powdered sugar
    2 lb. bag powdered sugar
    28 oz. jar peanut butter (Jiffy works best)
    4 sticks margarine
    1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Melt peanut butter and margarine, (can be done in the microwave) stir in powdered sugar.
    When it gets too thick to stir, knead with hands.
    Press out thinly on 2 cookie sheets. Melt chocolate chips and shortening in microwave, stirring often. The chocolate chips do not lose their form.
    Spread mixture over the cookie.
    Cool 3 minutes.
    Slice & eat.
