Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (6-inch) flour tortillas
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. sour cream
4 slices Cojack cheese
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. broken corn chips
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Add green peppers and onion.
Mix in taco seasoning, sauce and paste, water and chili powder over medium heat.
Blend sour cream, eggs and pepper in small bowl.
Place 1/2 of tortillas on bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
Top with 1/2 the meat mix.
Place 2 slices of cheese on top.
Repeat.
Sprinkle with corn chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
