Easy Rump Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 1/2 lb.) boneless rump roast
    1 (1 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
    1 c. Burgundy or other dry red wine or beef broth
Preparation
    Place roast in a Dutch oven; sprinkle with soup mix.
    Pour in wine.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours, or until tender. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
