Beef Brisket In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef brisket (1/2 lb. meat per person)
    1 c. red wine
    2 Tbsp. Gravy Master
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 c. wild rice
    1 large onion, sliced
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Place meat in roasting pan with 4 cups of water, wine, and Gravy Master.
    Top meat with onion, soup and sliced onion.
    Cover and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
    Remove and add wild rice. Return to oven and cook 1 hour longer or until most of gravy is absorbed.
    Mound rice around meat.
