Sand Tarts (Ladyfingers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
    Add 1 cup of flour with mixer, mixing well.
    Add remaining flour, mixing with hand.
    Add nuts.
    Roll in finger shapes, crescents or balls.
    Careful not to roll ends too thin.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes, depending on size, in 300\u00b0 oven.
    You do not brown these.
    When bottoms and edges start to brown, they should be done.
    When cool, roll in powdered sugar.
