Sweet Pickle Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. ground cucumbers (do not peel)
    6 c. water
    3/4 c. pickling salt
    3 c. ground onion
    2 finely chopped red peppers
    2 finely chopped green peppers
    3 1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Soak the cucumbers in the water and pickling salt overnight. Drain well; combine with the onion, red and green peppers and celery.
    Heat the remaining ingredients; boil hard for 3 minutes. Add the rest; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Put in hot jars to seal. Let set for at least 1 week.
