Satay - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. curry powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, pressed
2 to 3 lb. meat
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
This makes an excellent marinade for any kind of meat, whether it's game or domestic. Marinate meat 4 hours or longer and then barbecue or stir-fry the meat.
