Low-Fat Buttermilk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. Promise (2 sticks)
    1/3 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. almond flavor
    9 egg whites or egg substitutes
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream sugar and Promise.
    Beat and add egg whites.
    Mix dry ingredients and add alternately with buttermilk to creamed mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake 1 hour and 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Works best in a Bundt cake pan.
    Serve with warm jelly, Cool Whip or fresh fruit.
