Crunchy Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked turkey or chicken chunks
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained (9 oz.)
    1 (8 oz.) can drained, sliced water chestnuts
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine ingredients.
    Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole.
