Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs, well beaten
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. or 3 large delicious apples

Preparation

Mix ingredients in order given.
Bake in well-greased tube pan or in loaf pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
