Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. white corn syrup
3 Tbsp. evaporated milk
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Cook all ingredients except marshmallows and vanilla until it forms a soft ball in cold water.
Remove from heat and add marshmallows and vanilla.
Beat.
