Crab Meat And Asparagus Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicken stock
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 can white asparagus
    1 can crab meat
    1 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 4 Tbsp. water
    1 scallion, chopped fine
    2 eggs, beaten slightly
Preparation
    Bring stock to a boil.
    Add salt and ginger.
    Simmer 2 minutes.
    Stir in dissolved cornstarch; cook 30 seconds.
    Add eggs, stirring constantly in circular motion.
    Remove from heat. Sprinkle chopped scallion and pepper on top.
