Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can salmon
    1 whole egg
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Open salmon; pour juice into measuring cup and set aside. Dump drained salmon into bowl. Add egg. Use fork to break up salmon and mix thoroughly with egg. Add 1/2 cup flour. Take 1/4 cup of juice and add 1 heaping teaspoon of baking powder to the juice; beat with a fork. It foams. Pour mixture into salmon mixture. Fry in hot grease.
