Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain flour
    1 c. sweet milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg (unbeaten)
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients well.
    Pour batter into funnel cake molds.
    Dip into hot oil (365\u00b0) for 35 to 45 seconds or until shell is light brown.
    Remove from oil; tap gently to release shell from mold and drain on paper towels.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
