Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. butter
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in butter for 5 minutes. Add meat and brown.
    Stir in salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and reheat.
    Serve over hot cooked noodles.
    Makes 4 servings.
