Raspberry Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cake mix (raspberry)
2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
4 eggs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
Mix cake mix according to package directions on box and pour into pan. With electric mixer on low, mix Ricotta, vanilla, sugar and eggs. Spoon Ricotta mixture evenly over cake.
Bake cake 1 hour.
Cool and remove from pan.
