Fried Rice - cooking recipe

3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced celery
2 c. cooked rice (cold)
1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and celery. Cook until softened. Add cold rice and soy sauce. Heat, stirring until hot.
