Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (save 3 Tbsp. juice)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. grated medium sharp cheese
    Ritz crackers, crushed (about 1 1/2 c.)
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Put pineapple and juice in a greased 1-quart casserole.
    Mix flour, sugar and cheese.
    Put over pineapple.
    Top with crushed crackers.
    Pour melted margarine over crackers.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
