Artichoke Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small jars marinated artichoke hearts, finely chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    pinch of garlic salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Use marinade from 1 jar of artichokes to saute onion.
    Drain other jar.
    Add other ingredients.
    Pour into baking dish (7 x 11-inch).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cut into 1-inch squares when cooled.
    Freeze, if desired, and reheat at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
