Yummy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. crushed potato chips (optional)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes for 20 minutes until tender.
    Peel and cut potatoes into bite size pieces.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients except potato chips.
    Pour ingredients over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Top with potato chips (optional).
    Serves 8 to 10.
