Green Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar, shredded
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 (6 oz.) can green chiles
    1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until brown, breaking it up as it browns. Add the onion and Cheddar cheese.
    Heat the tortillas just until soft in hot oil, then fill with meat/cheese mixture, roll and place in baking pan.
