Beef Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless round steak
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. whole dried basil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
    3 (6 x 3-inch) slices Mozzarella cheese, halved
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Mix well. Dredge steak in flour mixture.
    Pound to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Cut round steak into 6 pieces.
