Belingan Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French-style green beans, drained
1 can green peas, drained
1 can Shoepeg corn, drained
1 c. green peppers
1 c. onions
1 c. celery
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar (white)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Bring mixture to a boil and turn heat off.
Let cool and pour over vegetable mixture and mix well.
Pour into container and seal and store in refrigerator.
Will keep for over a week.
