Shrimp Pilau - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 c. beef consomme
    1 to 1 1/2 c. shrimp, peeled
Preparation
    Melt margarine\tin
    large saucepan.
    Add onion and cook until tender.
    Pour
    in
    rice
    and
    beef\tconsomme.
    Add\tmore water, if needed, to cook rice.
    When rice is done, add shrimp and continue to\tcook until shrimp are pink.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
