Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. finely grated carrots
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. well drained crushed pineapple
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
    Add egg, oil, carrots and vanilla.
    Beat until combined.
    Stir in crushed pineapple, coconut and 1/2 nuts.
    Pour into a well greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or test done.
    Cool.
