Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lbs) chuck or shoulder roast
    1 cup flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 cup oil
    1 package dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Season flour with salt and pepper.
    Coat roast with mixture, brown in oil on all sides in dutch oven.
    Add water to top of roast.
    Add onion soup mix and stir.
    Bake in 325 degree oven 2 to 2 1/2 hours depending on size of roast.
    Roast is done when it comes apart when pierced with a fork.
