Sugared Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. water
food coloring
3 qt. popped popcorn

Preparation

Cook sugar and water to 270\u00b0 or the hard ball stage (a drop of syrup forms a stiff ball when dropped in hot water).
Add any color you want and pour syrup over popcorn, stirring constantly.
