Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    several pieces country ham trimming or smoked pork
    2 (28 oz.) cans pork and beans (Bush Best) or 3 (16 oz.) cans
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard or 2 Tbsp. regular mustard
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. pineapple tidbits or crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. barbecue sauce or to taste
Preparation
    Brown ham trimmings or slices of smoked pork in microwave or conventional oven until crispy.
    Set aside on paper towel. Combine all other ingredients, stirring well; stir in pieces of cooked ham or pork.
    Pour into baking dish or pan and bake, uncovered, for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
