Mircowave Broccoli-Swiss Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, fried and drained
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1/4 c. onion
    1/4 c. water
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 drops hot sauce
    1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place broccoli, onion and water in shallow 2 quart casserole dish.
    Cover with heavy duty plastic wrap and microwave on High for 8 to 9 minutes, stirring once.
    Drain.
    Stir in corn and cheese and set aside.
    Combine melted butter, cottage cheese, eggs, flour, salt and hot sauce in blender and process until smooth (or stir by hand until smooth).
    Stir into vegetable mixture.
