Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 medium green pepper
    3 medium carrots
    3 to 4 stalks celery
    10 to 12 radishes
    1 medium cucumber
    1 medium red onion
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Chop all ingredients except cream cheese in blender with a small amount of water.
    Drain and squeeze out excess water.
    Mix with cheese.
    Let sit overnight in refrigerator.
    Serve with crackers or vegetables.
