Calorie Wise Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chuck steak, cut 1-inch thick (1 1/2 to 2 lb.)
    1 envelope au jus gravy mix
    1 1/4 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
Preparation
    Trim fat from the steak.
    Combine contents of envelope of gravy mix, hot water, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour over steak in a shallow baking pan.
    Cover tightly (use foil if pan has no cover) and bake in 400\u00b0 oven about 1 hour or until tender.
    Add green beans; cover and cook 15 minutes longer.
    Serve.
