Swiss Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 c. onion
    12 oz. (2 1/2 c.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. sour cream
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 deep dish pie shell
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp; crumble into pieces.
    Cook onion in 2 tablespoons of bacon fat.
    Combine all ingredients; pour into shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
