Katy Mcconnel'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped (optional)
    1/2 stick oleo
    1/4 c. water
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked as directed and drained
    1 c. cooked Minute rice
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cream of mushroom, cream of celery or cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1/4 c. Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Bake in greased casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
