Breckenridge Soup(Broccoli) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 large onion
    1 grated carrot
    3 c. fresh broccoli (use the flowerets)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute butter, onion, carrot and broccoli.
    Add cream of chicken soup and milk.
    Cook on low until vegetables are tender and blended in 30 to 40 minutes.
    Tastes just as good reheated.
