Sunshine Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    2 bananas
    3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed
    1 (6 oz.) can thawed frozen lemonade
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. rum or vodka
Preparation
    Boil water and sugar for 3 minutes.
    Cool.
    Blend banana and 1/2 of the pineapple juice.
    Mix into syrup.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Mix and pour into plastic container.
    Cool and serve.
