Hot Chile Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    3 lb. onions, ground
    1 doz. sweet green peppers
    3 or 4 hot peppers
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. cloves
    4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Scald and peel tomatoes and cut in pieces.
    After boiling tomatoes for 2 hours, add onions and peppers and add cinnamon, ginger, cloves, dry mustard and sugar.
    Boil for 1/2 hour and then add
    1/2 pint vinegar.
    Boil 1/2 hour more, put into hot canning jars and seal.
