Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Bob Evans Farm roll sausage
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    4 large eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Crumble sausage into skillet.
    Brown and drain.
    Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish with crescent rolls firmly pressed to seal.
    Sprinkle the sausage and cheese onto the rolls. Combine remaining ingredients.
    Beat well and pour over the sausage and cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until set.
    Let it stand for 5 minutes.
    Cut into squares.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
