Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 head shredded lettuce
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. celery
1/2 pkg. frozen peas (10 oz.)
1/2 c. mayonnaise or plain yogurt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese or firm tofu
4 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
Preparation

Layer all ingredients and cover.
Refrigerate 8 hours.
