Fried Rice Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    2 c. cold cooked rice
    4 slices bacon, crisp cooked, drained and crumbled
    1/3 c. fine chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. fine chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine eggs, rice, bacon, green pepper, cheese, onion, salt and pepper.
    Cover and chill at least one hour.
    Using 1/3 cup rice mixture for each, shape in patties about 3 1/2-inches in diameter.
