Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. squash, cooked tender
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add to squash and stir.
    Add soup, cheese and 1 cup crumbs.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into baking dish and top with 1/2 cup crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
