Pumpkin Custard Pie(Makes 3 To 4 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. milk (1/2 Pet and 1/2 homogenized)
    6 c. sugar
    6 sticks margarine
    4 tsp. nutmeg
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    4 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    12 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. pumpkin
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Use a large bowl.
    Beat sugar, cornstarch and margarine well. Add eggs; beat.
    Add pumpkin, spices, salt, vanilla and milk. Stir until well blended.
    Pour in unbaked pie shells and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes; then bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
