Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped fresh apples
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Chop apples; beat eggs slightly.
    Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; this will be slightly firm.
    Bake in Bundt pan that has been greased well and slightly floured at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Let rest for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
