Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 box frozen, chopped broccoli
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 soup can sweet milk
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. slivered almonds
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Thaw broccoli in 1 cup boiling water.
Saute onions and celery in margarine.
Add soup and milk, simmer 5 minutes.
Add Cheez Whiz.
Mix well until Cheez Whiz is melted.
Add broccoli and rice.
Add almonds and seasonings.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Yield: 10 servings.
