Tomato Cheese Melt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 English muffin, split
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 thick slices tomato
    1 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Sprinkle half of the Cheddar cheese and cayenne pepper on each muffin half.
    Top with a tomato slice.
    Sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese over each tomato slice.
    Broil 6 inches from heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
