Sweet Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, softened

Preparation

Combine ingredients. Mix with mixer on medium speed. Place in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
