Simply Seafood Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (plain or one of the seasoned varieties)
    lettuce leaves
    mayonnaise
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. finely sliced celery
    1 c. chopped or flaked, cooked seafood (any type of fish, crab or shrimp)
    paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Add tomato sauce and stir well.
    Fold in celery and seafood.
    Pour into shallow glass pan; chill until set.
    Cut into squares and serve on lettuce with mayonnaise for topping and a dash of paprika, if desired.
    Yields 4 servings as main dish salad, 6 servings as side dish. Preparation Time:
    10 minutes.
