Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. lean ground beef (1/2 deerburger and 1/2 ground beef, if you would like)
    3 tsp. Morton Tender Quick
    6 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. marjoram
    2 tsp. Accent
    2 Tbsp. Season-All
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Make ball the size of grapefruit.
    Put ball in between wax paper and roll out 1/8-inch thick.
    Take off paper. Put on cookie sheet.
    Brush with 2 tablespoons of liquid smoke. Bake for 4 hours.
    Turn after 3 hours.
    Bake at 100\u00b0.
