English Muffin Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    cornmeal
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup of flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
    Add water. Beat on low 3 minutes.
    Stir in enough flour to make very soft dough.
    Shape.
    Place into well-greased bowl, turning to grease top.
    Cover.
    Let rise 1 hour or until doubled in shape.
    Punch down.
    Shape into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Sprinkle with cornmeal.
    Cover and let rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
