6 to 8 lb. pork picnic
16 oz. Vlasic hot pepper rings
Preparation

Trim fat from pork.
Puree peppers in blender.
Place pork in roasting pan and pour pepper puree over top. Cook 8 to 10 hours in a 250\u00b0 oven.
